Alongside the design team, we developed complete furnishing packages for residences across the portfolio, specifying FF&E and OS&E while balancing aesthetics, durability, functionality, and project budgets.
Beyond design, the work extended through the full implementation process, including purchasing coordination, warehouse inventory management, budgeting, project management, installation oversight, and final photography. This comprehensive approach allowed each residence to maintain a consistent design standard while responding to the individual character and requirements of the space.
